Simply Rosebud

We are huge fans of the Rosebud Perfume Company's strawberry lip balm and of course the original rosebud salve. The rosebud salve is a must-have in any makeup bag. We love that it is multipurpose and the soft rose scent. A quick swipe of the salve on the lips give them a shiny sheen.

Rosebud Perfume Co. recently sent us their Mocha Rose Lip Balm in their famous tins. The lip balm smells divine . . . like hot chocolate. As winter will be here before we know it, this is the perfect lip balm to prevent winter chapped lips.

Rosebud also sent us their Strawberry Lip Balm in a tube. The balm is so smooth and has a distinct strawberry scent that is unmistakably Rosebud. Sometimes beauty products can be overwhelming (so many choices), but Rosebud products are those go to products you know will do the job.

The Clarisonic Challenge Outcome = Glowing Skin

As part of the Vogue Influencer Network, I was given the opportunity to take the Clarisonic Challenge. I had read about the Clarisonic and always wanted to try it so this was the perfect chance. When I received my Clarisonic PLUS from the Vogue Influencer Network, I couldn't wait to try it. But first I had to charge it for 24 hours. So the following day I used it for the first time after watching a few Youtube videos to make sure I knew how to use it correctly. 

Having used it for a whole month now, I can honestly say that it has done wonders for my skin. I use it at night only (twice a day, everyday is a bit excessive) and I suggest applying the soap to your face rather than the Clarisonic itself. I look forward to washing my face because I get to have "mini facials" every night. It takes off makeup that doesn't come off just using my hands. The Clarisonic PLUS not only gives my skin a clean slate so that my serum & moisturizer work more effectively, but my skin is noticeably smoother. I'm no esthetician, but if you want skin that glows and looks more polished, I truly recommend the Clarisonic. It even came with a body brush so that I can take off the dead skin on my body. The Clarisonic comes in fabulous colors (I'm partial to the pink, of course) and is a great investment for your skin.
