White Chocolate covered Gummy Bears

Whether we're in the city or in East Hampton, we always make a stop at Dylan's Candy Bar for our sugar fix. From the array of candy they offer to the color decor, Dylan's is the closest thing to Candyland. Recently our favorite candy, white chocolate covered gummy bears (we call them yogurt bears), have been mysteriously unavailable. Everytime we're in the store, we immediately check the chocolate section to see if they got them in again. Much to our dismay, we haven't seen them in the longest time. So we decided to take matters into our own hands. Having eaten many yogurt bears, we've come to find that all the gummy bears are white. So we bought pineapple flavored gummy bears and Ghiradelli white chocolate and made them ourselves. And we're so glad we did! The hardest part was waiting for the white chocolate to harden.
